Noel J. Delaney
Partner - TMITI, A.C.P.A.
Noel joined Kenny, Whelan in 1989. Having obtained a first place in Ireland in his final accountancy exams Noel is a Statutory Auditor and qualified member of CPA Ireland.
Noel's auditing and accountancy experience extends across 32 years in practice with a wide range of industries and organisations including, retail, technology, hospitality, medical, charities and not for profit organisations.

Stephen J. Whelan
F.C.C.A. CTax
Stephen joined Kenny, Whelan in 1994 and has gained experience working on annual audits, including various charities and government funded organisations, audit exemptions, revenue audits, bookkeeping, payroll, personal/corporate taxation and business advisory services gaining invaluable experience in the day-to-day operations of running a business and the difficulties that may arise.
Stephen successfully completed the Certified Tax Adviser Qualification (CTax) in 2014.
Des M. Scanlon
B.Acc. F.C.C.A.
Des joined the practice in 2007 and has gained experience on various client audits, preparation of statutory accounts, revenue audits, bookkeeping, personal and corporate tax returns and payroll services.
Des has also been involved in the day to day financial control of a number of businesses during his time with our practice. Des is a manager in our Insolvency Department.
Des recently successfully completed a Diploma in Governance for the Charitable Sector

Noraizah Jopri
B.A. (Hons), F.C.C.A.
Izah qualified as an ACCA member in 2009. Since qualifying she has remained in practice working with small and medium enterprises across a diverse range of industries.
From her time with Kenny, Whelan & Co since March 2007, Izah has gained experience in the areas of accountancy, audit and taxation. She provides clients with services ranging from payroll, bookkeeping solutions to preparation and audit of financial statements. Izah recently successfully completed a Diploma in Governance for the Charitable Sector.
